1. Introduction

Welcome to ebotconnect, a WhatsApp automation platform developed and operated by Exxoryn Enterprise ("Exxoryn", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using ebotconnect ("the Service", "the Platform"), you ("User", "Client", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Service.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use or access the Service.

2. Eligibility

To use ebotconnect, you must:

  • Be a registered business or individual operating a legitimate business in Nigeria or any other country where the Service is available.
  • Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
  • Have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements on behalf of your business.
  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date business information during registration.

3. Description of Service

ebotconnect is a WhatsApp automation platform that enables small and medium-sized businesses to:

  • Connect their WhatsApp Business number to the ebotconnect platform.
  • Configure automated responses based on their business information, products, and services.
  • Provide 24/7 automated customer support via WhatsApp.
  • Manage customer inquiries and responses through smart bot technology.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

4. Account Registration & Security

When registering for an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information about yourself and your business.
  • Keep your account credentials confidential and secure.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

Exxoryn reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information.

5. Subscription & Payment Terms

5.1 Subscription Plans

ebotconnect operates on a monthly subscription basis. By subscribing to any plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees as displayed on our platform at the time of purchase. Basic plans start at ₦5,000 per month.

5.2 Billing

Subscription fees are billed on a monthly basis from your subscription start date. You authorize Exxoryn to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring monthly basis until your subscription is cancelled.

5.3 Price Changes

Exxoryn reserves the right to change subscription prices at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price changes. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.

5.4 No Refund Policy

ALL SUBSCRIPTION FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Once payment has been processed for any subscription period, no refunds, credits, or pro-rated amounts will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Early cancellation of your subscription.
  • Dissatisfaction with the Service.
  • Failure to use the Service during the subscription period.
  • Technical issues outside of Exxoryn's control.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

By using ebotconnect, you agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose.
  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk promotional content through the platform.
  • Violate WhatsApp's Terms of Service or Business Policy.
  • Impersonate any person, business, or entity.
  • Transmit any harmful, offensive, threatening, or abusive content.
  • Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the platform's security.
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without written authorization from Exxoryn.
  • Use the Service to collect or store personal data in violation of applicable privacy laws.

7. WhatsApp Platform Compliance

ebotconnect integrates with the WhatsApp Business API. By using our Service, you agree to comply with all of WhatsApp's Terms of Service, Business Policy, and Commerce Policy. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of WhatsApp through our platform complies with WhatsApp's policies.

Exxoryn is not responsible for any suspension or ban of your WhatsApp number resulting from your violation of WhatsApp's policies.

8. Data & Privacy

By using ebotconnect, you acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for the data you input into the platform, including business information, product details, and customer data.
  • Exxoryn will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • You must obtain all necessary consents from your customers before processing their data through our platform.
  • You are solely responsible for compliance with applicable data protection laws in your jurisdiction.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the ebotconnect platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are the exclusive property of Exxoryn Enterprise and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service solely for your business purposes during your active subscription period.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EXXORYN ENTERPRISE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
  • Service interruptions, delays, or errors beyond our reasonable control.
  • Actions or inactions of third-party services including WhatsApp.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

12. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Exxoryn reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate any provision of these Terms or fail to pay subscription fees when due.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Ilorin, Kwara State, Nigeria.
