2. How to Request Data Deletion
If you wish to have your account and all associated data permanently deleted from our systems, you can do so through one of the following methods:
- Option 1: Contact Support. Send an email from the email address associated with your ebotconnect account to our support team requesting data deletion. Include your business name and registered phone number.
- Option 2: WhatsApp Support. Send a message to our official support line (+234 912 542 6432) from your registered WhatsApp number, stating your request to delete your account data.
3. What Happens When You Request Deletion?
Upon receiving and verifying your data deletion request:
- Your account will be deactivated immediately, and the automated AI assistant services will stop functioning for your social accounts.
- We will permanently delete your personal information, business data, and customer interaction logs from our active databases within 30 days.
- We may retain certain data strictly for legal, tax, or regulatory compliance purposes as required by law.
Please Note:
Data deletion is irreversible. Once your data is deleted, you will not be able to recover your account, custom AI training data, or chat histories.
